About Neuronano Research Center
The Neuronano Research Center (NRC) is a cross-disciplinary research and innovation center at Lund University, headed by professor Jens Schouenborg. NRC presently involves researchers from the Faculties of Medicine, Engineering and Science and is located at Medicon Village in Lund.
The NRC vision has since the start in 2006 been to improve quality of life for disabled patients and individuals with neurodegenerative disease, by listening to, understanding and communicating with the nervous system by means of implantable electrodes.
